PrizeBook.com allegedly has ripped-off (not paid) and skipped out on its large member base without further notice - too bad - so sad.

DollarPays.com continues to allegedly ignore issues and hold out for months without paying anything to its large and previously loyal member base - too bad - so sad.

NOTE: A site, offer, or network has to be particularly BAD and offensive in my opinion to end up here. My usual procedure would be
simply to remove them from my site and stop promoting them (if I was) but they must have had some
severe issues in my opinion in order to get me to waste my time by adding them here - a word to the wise.
